clutch pedal clicking issue!!!!! - 8th Generation Honda Civic Forum

I have this same issue. It got ALOT worse one rainy week. It was screeching and squeeling, not extremely noisy, but very annoying none the less. I will be getting it serviced under warranty very soon as per: Service Bulletin 11-005 "Clutch Pedal Pops, Squeaks, or Clicks", "Replace the clutch master cylinder", "The clutch master cylinder has insufficient clearance between the piston and the push rod". I been having this issues for months. But I finally temporary fixed it. I bought a bottle of "White Lithium Grease" spray from AutoZone for $4. Attached the straw that comes with it. Push down on the clutch and spray the grease in the hole where the clutch is being inserted. Step on the clutch a couple of times and let the grease set for a few minutes. The clicking has stop for the time being. Here is a link a DIY on a tsx forum. It really similar.
