retirement gift
It's been a busy Spring so I haven't been very productive in the knife department. However, a good friend at work is retiring and I needed to make him a knife. He is a good friend, a fellow hunter/outdoorsman and a long-time admirer of my knives. I made him a patch knife to match his muzzle loader and powder horn. In the rush to finish before the retirement reception, I forgot to take pictures. Thankfully, he just sent me these. It is a Karesuando blade with mule deer and cherry handle with brass spacers and guard to match the brass and cherry stained maple of his muzzle loader. What do you think?
